$100K Kick-Start Promotion

Overview and Sponsor

Sponsor: Eastleigh Crescent Development Limited Partnership (referred to as the "Developer") and the "Marketing and Sales Team" (collectively, the "Sponsor"). Contest Name: Kamilia $100K Kick-Start Promotion (the "Contest").

Contest Period and Deadline

The Contest begins on October 25, 2025, at 9:00 AM Pacific Time ("PT") and ends on the Contest End Date. The Contest End Date shall be the later of July 1, 2026, at 11:59 PM PT, or the date on which 100 binding purchase and sale agreements have been executed for homes at the Kamilia project.

Eligibility and Entry Requirements

The Contest is open to all legal residents of Canada, excluding Quebec, who have reached the age of majority in their Province of residence as of the time of entry into the Contest. Employees, directors, officers, representatives and agents of Sponsor, and its affiliates, are not eligible to enter the Contest.

Submission Requirements

Participants must submit an original written essay that addresses the key judging criteria. The Entry must be submitted electronically in a readable document format such as PDF or DOCX, must focus on Kamilia being the best project to buy a home at, and must not be longer than 1,000 words.

Judging and Winner Selection

The judging criteria are equally weighted across why live in Langley City, why presale, why Kamilia, and how this relates to the entrant. A judging panel of four appointed judges will select the top nine scoring entries.

Prizes

A total of nine prizes will be awarded, totalling $500,000 CAD. One Grand Prize is valued at $100,000 CAD and eight Secondary Prizes are valued at $50,000 CAD each. All prizes will be awarded via credit to the Purchaser's final Purchase Price at Completion of the Purchase and Sale Agreement.

General Conditions and Disclaimers

By submitting an Entry, the participant warrants that the Entry is original and grants the Sponsor and its agents a perpetual, royalty-free, non-exclusive license to use the Entry for promotional and marketing purposes related to the Kamilia project and future endeavors. Contest decisions are final and binding, and the Contest is governed by the laws of British Columbia and the federal laws of Canada applicable therein.
